Pasand Club — Terms and Conditions
for Pakistani Players

1Introduction

Welcome to Pasand Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Pasand Club ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pasandclub.app website and all services offered through it, including slots, bingo, the game lobby and sports betting.

By registering an account, depositing funds or accessing any game or feature on Pasand Club, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Pasand Club.

2Eligibility

To register and use Pasand Club you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pasand Club is strictly an adult platform and minors are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from Pasand Club.

Pasand Club reserves the right to request age verification or identity documentation at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed and any balance held pending outcome of the verification process.

3Account Registration

To access the features of Pasand Club you are required to create an account. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, date of birth and a valid contact method.
• Maintain only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balance subject to review.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify Pasand Club immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Pasand Club will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Pasand Club reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4Deposits & Payments

All funds on Pasand Club are held and transacted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform accepts deposits through the following methods:

• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically reflect within moments; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• Pasand Club does not add hidden fees to deposit transactions. The PKR amount you initiate is the amount that lands in your balance, subject to any charges applied by your payment provider on their end.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Pasand Club reserves the right to request source-of-funds information for deposits that exceed standard thresholds.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals of PKR balances are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to a payment method registered in your own name. Pasand Club will not send funds to third-party accounts.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Pasand Club aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; final delivery depends on your payment provider's timelines.
• Pasand Club reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if account activity suggests a breach of these Terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time Pasand Club may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions or other incentives to players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible registered players who meet the stated requirements for each specific promotion.
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal is permitted. Read the individual promotion terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire within the stated time frame will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Players who hold multiple accounts, use automated play, or exploit bonus structures in a manner not intended will have bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Pasand Club reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

Pasand Club offers slots, bingo, live game lobby tables and sports betting. Each game type has its own rules displayed within the relevant game interface. The following general fair-play conditions apply across all games:

• All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanisms where applicable. Outcomes are not influenced by Pasand Club.
• Only the registered account holder may play on an account. Allowing another person to play on your account is a breach of these Terms.
• Technical errors — such as a game freezing mid-round due to a connectivity issue — are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with each game provider's rules. Pasand Club's decision in such cases is final.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules displayed within the Sports section. Pasand Club reserves the right to void bets where match data is corrupted or where events are abandoned without a result.
• Bingo games run on fixed scheduled draws. Tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the draw has commenced.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Pasand Club. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to play games or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in bingo rooms or live table games.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or third-party payment methods.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or exploit any part of the Pasand Club platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Abusing the customer support system with false complaints or threatening behaviour.

9Intellectual Property

All content on pasandclub.app — including but not limited to the Pasand Club name, logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces and software — is the property of Pasand Club or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any part of the Pasand Club platform without express written permission. Your right to use the platform is limited to personal, non-commercial access as a registered user.

10Privacy & Data

Pasand Club collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Key points regarding data:

• Your registration details, payment data and gameplay activity may be stored and used for account management, fraud prevention and service improvement purposes.
• Pasand Club will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the email address in Section 15.
• Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all data — certain records are retained for the minimum legally required period for fraud prevention and financial compliance purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

Pasand Club takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gaming on this platform is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be viewed as a way to make money or to recover losses from previous sessions.

Tools available to all Pasand Club users include:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on how much you add to your account.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account if you feel you need a break.
• Self-exclusion — request a longer-term exclusion from the platform if you feel your gaming has become a problem.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pasand Club's liability to you is limited as follows:

• Pasand Club is not liable for any loss of PKR balance, missed winnings or account disruption caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, payment provider downtime or force majeure events.
• Pasand Club does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
• In no event will Pasand Club be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in relation to any single incident shall not exceed the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Termination & Account Closure

Either party may end the agreement at any time:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support at the email in Section 15. Any verified real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements not yet met) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following identity verification.
• Pasand Club may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so for legal or compliance reasons.
• Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any PKR balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited immediately.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

14Changes to These Terms

Pasand Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using Pasand Club and close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, Pasand Club will make reasonable efforts to notify active users — for example by displaying a notice on the platform at login.
